AN Naidu is an industry veteran with a stellar career spanning over 50 years in the field of biostatistics. He has been serving as the CEO and the Director of Biostatistics at Inductive Quotient since 2018. As the leader of the organization,
Mr. Naidu overlooks business operations with great commitment and focus. Before joining IQA, he worked as COO, Biostatistician & Director of SAS at ClinAsia. Prior to that, he has a 35-year stint at NIN (National Institute of Nutrition) under ICMR, where his last help position was Functional Head of the Statistics Division.
Mr. Naidu is a recipient of multiple awards & recognitions including A.L. Mudaliar’s Prize. He has 40 foreign and 60 Indian publications under his belt. Over the span of his career, he has presented several papers at multiple conferences.
Mr. Naidu holds distinct expertise in protocols, SAP, CRF Design, Sample size power determination, Randomization, and Statistical SOPs, along with designing pre-clinical toxicology studies, Phase I – IV clinical trials, and BA/BE studies. Besides, he actively teaches biostatistics, medical statistics, and clinical epidemiology.
Mr. Naidu holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the Presidency College of the University of Madras and has participated in multiple professional trainings at North Carolina University, NIH – USA, and WHO – Geneva.
Ramaiah Muvvala is a strategic visionary with decades of experience in improving clinical development through his statistical expertise. At IQA, he is responsible for establishing, and growing clinical technology business with primary focus on implementing digital transformation initiatives to enhance clinical development for pharma and life sciences companies of all sizes.
Before founding IQA, Ramaiah worked as lead statistician at Bank of America for more than 15 years, where he got exposed to emerging technologies and their influence on automating manual workflows. Before that, he worked in the life sciences and healthcare industry as a statistician for close to 4 years. He also worked as a statistics professor in a reputed college for over 5 years, while simultaneously pursuing his own research on statistical analysis.
Mr. Muvvala’s core expertise lies in leveraging real-world data and integrate it with sophisticated technologies to deliver excellence across clinical development operations. Through his research and wealth of experience, he has achieved a rare distinction of creating and implementing unique growth-centric delivery models combining data analytics, AI and data science. Ramaiah earned his certificate of Master of Science and Master of Philosophy in Statistics from the Acharya Nagarjuna University.
Muvvala Prasanna is the MD and founder of IQA, is responsible for strategic consulting with more than 10 years of experience in operations management. She brings deep experience of streamlining business processes and driving innovative research to facilitate accelerated drug development timelines for clients.
Mrs. Muvvala is a key contributor in outlining growth strategies through her dual focus on process and people. An energetic and devoted leader of culture and global operations, she actively engages in a day-to-day happening in the growth-conducive work environment.
Mrs. Muvvala completed her MSc Physics from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Soon after her formal education, she pursued her favourite profession of teaching by taking up a job as a physics professor. Mrs. Muvvala is a advocate of education and good health for all regardless of their social backdrop.
